Oh No! Another newsletter
But it's a rebrand....
Adriene & Olivia are starting a newsletter that’s actually just a rebrand of Olivia’s personal newsletter because she stopped posting. It’s hard keeping up with stuff when you’ve got perfectionist tendencies AND when getting online these days can cause so much dread and fatigue. BUT, in spite of (or because of) this, we’ve been texting a lot about how to carve a little bit of space for us and the weirdo sound shit we do and like online. Not an easy task these days, but maybe you’ve been feeling the need for it, too? We wanna stay in touch with the kinds of people we wanna be in touch with. We wanna share art and sounds that we think you should know about. We wanna hear from you about what you think is cool. We wanna try to get out of the house more and support the cool shit our friends are doing. We wanna tell you (a tiny bit) about what we’re doing.
So, that’s all to say - this is the oh no newsletter. Oh No being the name we’ve given ourselves in an attempt to codify (too intense?) a creative relationship that’s been going on for MANY YEARS. lol. oh no.
Anyway - we even made a useless website and an instagram @ohnoo00o + bluesky ohno00oo.bsky.social (idk, someone told me it was a good platform). WE’RE DOING STUFF. MAYBE TOO MUCH. MAYBE NOT ENOUGH.
But yeah, if you like either of us or both of us - maybe you’ll start getting a newsletter once a month. Stuff we’re thinking about, annoyed about, happy about, doing, hearing, etc etc. It’ll be short.
xoxo - Adlivia Oldriene Lilly-Skill
PS - Super excited that UbuWeb is back
